Electrical Site Supervisor – Data Centre – Norway

We are currently partnering with a bespoke Fire, Security and IT Solutions design, installation and support provider operation on Major Construction and Mission Critical projects across Europe. Due to continued success, they are seeking a Electrical Site Supervisor to join them on a Data Centre Project in Norway.

Responsibilities

• Supervision of Electrical Installation Work: Oversee all electrical work on-site, ensuring installations are completed to the highest standards, on schedule, and in accordance with the project specifications and safety regulations.
• Team Leadership and Coordination: Manage and lead a team of electricians and other tradespeople, providing guidance, support, and ensuring the team adheres to safety practices and project timelines.
• Quality Control and Safety Compliance: Ensure all electrical installations comply with quality standards and adhere to safety protocols, conducting regular inspections and risk assessments.
• Troubleshooting and Problem Resolution: Identify and resolve any electrical issues or technical challenges on-site, ensuring minimal disruption to the project timeline.
• Progress Monitoring and Reporting: Track the progress of electrical work, monitor resource allocation, and report regularly on project status, including any delays, issues, or changes in scope.
• Documentation and Handover: Ensure all electrical work is documented, including as-built drawings, testing results, and compliance certifications. Assist in the handover process to the client once the project is completed.

Requirements

• 3+ Years experience in a similar role
• Electrical Engineering Qualification or equivalent trades background
• 3+ years of experience in electrical supervision within large-scale electrical installations. 

Benefits

£300-£500 per day + Full rotational Package
